"My aim was to learn the skills and techniques required in studio photography. I wanted to experiment with the settings, to find the best angle and lighting that could allow me to pull models and objects from the background and bring them to the fore. the extravagant positions of the models were challenging to capture, but my goal as a photographer was to find the right place and perspective to make them interesting to the beholder. Finally I decided to make a sketch inspired by my photos, revolving mainly around the close-up hands and facial expressions.”
